Could a list of the Oscar winners have leaked? (Fox Images)

Possible Spoiler Alert! This leaked Academy Awards winners list may or may not be the real deal. We're thinking the Academy would be insane to have a list of winners that they send around to Academy officials – but hey, you never know.

The list, which is signed by Sid Ganis, President of the Academy of Arts and Sciences, names Mickey Rourke as the Best Actor recipient, as well as Slumdog Millionaire for Best Picture. If the list is for real, then Kate Winslet should be happy as it claims that she finally earns the Oscar she loses out on almost every year. Bad news for Benjamin Button, who according to this list, only snags two awards of their 13 nominations – for makeup and costuming!

The Academy says that the list can't be real because there is no list. They say that no letter like this is sent to academy officers. That would make sense to us and if you want to find out for yourselves, check out the show hosted by Hugh Jackman on Sunday, February 22 at LA’s Kodak Theater. They air live at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
