American Idol Busted for Child Labor Law Violations

Ahhh… Sanjaya Malakar — did you ever think you'd hear the name again? Perhaps you thought he'd have his own hair salon, sitcom or prostitution ring. Well, not exactly. The boy blunder, who almost tore the nation apart with his off-key crooning, is included among the catalysts for child labor disputes against "American Idol."

American Idols Live Tour '07 apparently violated child labor laws by letting underage teens perform without permits. The company has agreed to pay $5,000 in fines after being confronted with 16 violations, directly related to underage performers Jordin Sparks and Malakar.

    The night that Sanjaya got eliminated I was heart broken forever and I still am heart broken because of that night. On Wedensday was a school day at Praire Middle School I stayed up untill 11:35 p.m. because Sanjaya got eliminated. The night that I emailed Sanjaya I told him how much I love him, cared for him, and loved the hair styles because they were so cute and I loved them. I never thought that I would be able to talk or email a former American Idol constent. But, When Sanjaya emailed me my dream came true at last. I just love to got on to Sanjaya's website and look at all of the hot and sexy pictures on Sanjaya. Most people can tell that I love Sanjaya with all my heart. The first day that Sanjaya tried out I just fell in love with Sanjaya. I'm not afraid to admit that I am a Sanjaya fan. Every night I would stay up untill 10:00p.m. voting to keep Sanjaya on American Idol.
    I LOVE SANJAYA WITH ALL MY HEART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sanjaya has meant the world to me ever science January 16,2007 when he tried out for American Idol. I was so upset when he got elemated on April 18,2007 when he go telemated. I love Sanjaya with all my heart and I will sontinue to love him with all my heart forever and ever. I am so proud to be fanjaya of Sanjaya
