According to U.K. tabloid Female First, actress, humanitarian and Brad Pitt's shag Angelina Jolie fainted during an 18-hour transatlantic flight from Iraq to Los Angeles by way of London on Feb. 7.

"She started to get swollen ankles and nosebleeds and started having leg cramps," a witness told Life & Style magazine. "Then she fainted into her chair."

Jolie, 32, is rumored to be expecting twins with Pitt. She already has three adopted children, Maddox, Pax and Zahara, as well as one biological daughter with Pitt, Shiloh.

According to Female First, Jolie has already faced some complications during her pregnancy and has hired a live-in nurse at her home.

The pregnancy must have Jolie wanting to nest, because the actress has reportedly started planning her wedding to Pitt. According to the magazine, Jolie and Pitt plan to wed at Saint Louis Cathedral in New Orleans. However, both parties are being smart about signing pre-nuptial agreements first.

"They know that, if God forbid, things don't work out, they can make a clean break and go their seperate ways with their separate assets," a source told Female First. The couple have reportedly agreed on a $200 million pre-nup.
