Anne Hathway's Ex Raffaello Follieri Pleads Guilty

Anne Hathaway's ex, Raffaello Follieri, who looks a lot like Zach Braff (pictured above), has just plead guilty to 14 counts of varying degrees of fraud. His charity, Follieri Foundation, which funded vaccination programs in developing countries, was basically an easy way for Follieri to swindle at least $6 million from investors. Follieri apparently posed as the Vatican's chief money man in order to gain trust from investors.

TMZ reports that while entering his plea, he begged the judge to let him out of his NYC holding cell because of "unspecified inmate issues." Follieri is reportedly not doing well in jail and has suffered an anxiety attack. He will serve at least five years in prison.
