A few months ago, rumors started to swirl when Jessica Simpson's little wannabe rocker sister Ashlee Simpson was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger. After laughing those rumors off, Ashlee is getting attention again these days for sporting a little bling on her finger.

On Wednesday, the "Pieces of Me" singer went on Fuse TV's The Sauce to set the record straight, claiming the ring is a "promise ring" from her Fall Out Boy boyfriend Pete Wentz.

"It just means that he hasn't asked my dad yet," Ashlee said. "No, I'm not pregnant."

Older sister Jessica once wore a promise ring, but she got hers from her dad. And that's sort of gross.

Ashlee claims that she's not pregnant, but Angelina Jolie is! And we've got betting odds on her baby in the Bodog Sportsbook!
