Attorney Laura Wasser Scores Britney Spears Overnight Visits

It has been a big day for Britney Spears, who was just awarded overnight visitation with her children.

Spears, who recently rehired family attorney Laura Wasser, appeared in court alongside her parenting coach, Lisa Hacker. After questioning both Spears and Hacker, Commissioner Scott Gordon seemed pleased with Spears' progress.

Wasser returned to represent Spears after a rocky client-counsel relationship. Wasser maintained that Spears ignored most of Wasser's advice and she was therefore unable to work with her. Federline has maintained full custody of their two sons since Spears' breakdown last January.
