Australia Shocked Britney Spears Doesn't Sing

It seems that Australia is the only sane country in the world.

Aussies was flabbergasted when famous singer Britney Spears showed up to their country and charged them a butt load of money to see her not sing. Apparently, they didn't get the memo that in America, you don't have to have much talent to become hugely successful. Hundreds of fans walked out after three songs, complaining that they got nothing for the $200 they spent on tickets.

Fans complained that giant screens failed to show Britney, which they believe to be a ploy to hide her lip-syncing – and they also said she had her back to the audience for most of the show.

Virginia Judge, the Minister for Fair Trading for New South Wales is now taking steps so that Britney fans know what they're buying when they purchase Britney Spears' concert tickets.

"It is Britney's 'prerogative' to lip-sync, and it is my job to make sure consumers know what they are paying for up front," says Judge in a statement released by the Aussie government.

    they knew what they we're fkn getting they have been ta;king about her lipsyncing songs since the start of the tour and now that she is there they are making it an even bigger issue well australia f u c k off you knew it from the start don't like it you shouldn't have payd for tickets you knew it was gonna be like that c'mon there are thousands and thousands of videos of her tour on youtube!

    I dont know who is shocked, if you are a fan of Britney Spears you know she doesnt sing live and hasnt since her first shows in 97/98. I paid plenty to go and see all 4 of her shows in Melbourne and if i could've managed the time off i would've gone all over Australia seeing her. I'm not going to see her sing live and belt out a Whitney Housten power ballad.

    Spears is a disgrace.
    Shows like this should not be granted performance licences and command high ticket prices. These fr@udsters should be rightly shamed.
    She and her management are fleecing the public with a mime show.
    They will no doubt leave Oz with millions of AUS $$$.
    Unfortunately Australia has gullible idiots just like the rest of the world.
    We all know she can't cut it as a singer so I applaud the Ozzie authorities for highlighting the farce that is a Britney Spears PA.
