Bachelor's Mary Delgado Arrested

After Mary Delgado professed her love for Bachelor Bob Guiney - he dumped her ass, sending a heartbroken Delgado home in tears. However, Delgado appeared on the next season of The Bachelor and (shocker), she found love again with the next bachelor, Byron Velvick.

But living happily ever after has been rough for Delgado - who was arrested for kicking Velvick's ass during a domestic dispute last year.

Over the weekend, Delgado was arrested again for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Delgado was at Lorina's Cantina in Del Rio, Texas and cops were called after she had a few too many and refused to leave saying "it was her constitutional right" to stay as long as she wanted.

She apparently became belligerent when cops tried to haul her away and she kicked in the radio inside the police car. Velvick came to her rescue and posted her bond at the Val Verde County Facility.
