Benicio Del Toro Wins Best Actor at Cannes

This year was an extra special one at the Cannes International Film Festival. Benicio Del Toro took home the coveted best actor award, French film “The Class” took the Palm d’Or and most surprisingly, Lindsay Lohan was there and did not flash her boobs. Seriously… there was an actual headline which read, “Lindsay Lohan’s Cans Concealed In Cannes"

Among the top wins at Cannes this year, Benicio Del Toro won best actor for his portrayal of Argentine revolutionary Ernesto 'Che' Guevara.

"I'd like to dedicate this to the man himself, Che Guevara," said the Del Toro. "I wouldn't be here without Che Guevera, and through all the awards the movie gets you'll have to pay your respects to the man."

Winning the prestigious Palme d'Or was the French film, "The Class" ("Entre Les Murs") which chronicles a year in the life of a middle school teacher and his difficult pupils.
