Bikini-Clad Faith Hill on Shape Magazine Cover

Faith Hill is a 41-year-old hottie – a result of an exercise regimen of Pilates three times a week. Hill told the editors that being on the cover of Shape magazine was a 41st birthday present to herself.

"I could bend in ways I haven’t been able to since I was a teenager," Hill told People magazine of her Pilates regimen. "My husband loves it!"

In July she and husband Tim McGraw began a daily routine that included four miles on the elliptical, light weight lifting, crunches and push-ups.

"I found I slept better, had more energy and was stronger," Hill said.

    It's true that Pilates can shape your body, however few realize the origins. The Five Tibetan Rites have been used for over 2000 years and only take 10 minutes a day compared to pilates 30-40 workout. Faith Hills Body in 10 mins a day…
