Bill O’Reilly Embarrassed Adam Lambert is Gay

Bill O’Reilly recently found old photos of Adam Lambert kissing another man and he had to do a segment on his show about it.
Even though the pictures are several weeks old and have obviously had no effect on Lambert’s success on the show, O’Reilly seems to persist in a line of questioning that almost needed to hear that these shots would be Lambert’s ruination.
He refers to the pictures as “embarrassing” and shows them with the part where the men’s lips are touching blocked out. We think the term “embarrassing” might be a little presumptuous since we’ve never heard Lambert mention feeling that way about them.
O’Reilly seems to insists to his panellists, both FOX News contributors, that these pictures must have some kind of impact on the voting. Both of his guests are pretty quick to point out the obvious, which is that the pictures are old and Lambert has had continued success on the show and that there is no historical indication that musicians are less successful when they are gay.
O’Reilly can’t quite seem to accept that the images aren’t going to destroy Lambert’s career and takes one last lame attempt at understanding why this wouldn’t end his stint on American Idol asking, “Can illegal aliens vote in this?”
Is Bill O’Reilly trying to make the connection that true Americans wouldn’t vote for a gay man? And does he really think people are lining up with their passports and social security numbers to vote on American Idol?

What world is O'Reilly living in? Only illegal aliens vote for this guy because no red-blooded American would vote for someone who is gay? Bill needs to be put out to pasture.
I have to laugh at Bill's own "culture warriors" saying how talented Lambert is and that's all that matters. He could barely contain himself.
This man makes me want to throw up. Bill, would the pictures be embarrassing if they showed him kissing a girl? I doubt it. Grow up.

I am living in the United States, New York City that is, for 8 years by now and never paid attention to Bill O'Reilly until recently, when his name popped up over and over again in my Google Adam Lambert alerts. Boah – do people really listen to him? In the end, this is a pretty interesting segment, since the two ladies don't get lulled into O'Reilly's argumentation. Straight or Gay – why would it matter? Adam Lambert is gorgeous, charming and crazy talented and that should be enough to make him the next American Idol. Period.
Bill is one of those people who, when he goes overseas, gets labeled as an arrogant American and gives the rest a bad name.
Embarrassing is the right word, but for Bill and not Adam. Bill completely embarrassed himself in the segment as exposed himself as the intolerant prick that he is.
If he has a problem with the queer, so be it. Don't bash the gay and don't bash o'reilly for HIS stance either. All you "tolerant" people are acting ignorant in forcing your tolerance on others with a different moral code than your own.
O' Reilly is clearly in need of an update in culture. Adam deserves to win. Who cares if if gay, bisexual or whatever else? He's beautiful, magnificantly talented, dignified and respectful. And also very stylish and very cool.

So what is your problem with O'Reilly? He's a pretty fair guy, just watch his show.
mike – Most of Bill O'Reilly's audience is consertive and most consertive people are against anything "gay" in my opinion. I believe there is a reason he featured Adam on his show and he seems to suggest that because he's gay he wont win. My problem with Bill O'Reilly is that he puts too much spin on issues and takes them totally out of context.

First of all, I love Adam. But did you people LISTEN to the video. OReilly was not putting down Adam's sexual preference, he was merely asking the question "would it effect the vote". A question I am sure even Adam has thought about. He did not say he was embarrassed about Adam's pictures. He I quess mistakenly assumed Adam may have been embarrassed about the pictures being put on the internet. He also said Adam should win if he indeed is the best contestant.
II've always hated Bill O'Reilly… but guess what, now I hate him more!
