Blink 182 performed at the Comcast Theater in Hartford, CT last night and took a moment to honor the late Adam Goldstein, otherwise known as DJ AM. An emotional Mark Hoppus broke down in tears as he spoke about the passing of their friend.

After the silence, the band then dedicated the song "Down" to Goldstein's memory. People Magazine reports that as guitarist Tom DeLonge began to sing the first verse, tears could be seen rolling down the bandmembers' faces.

Blink drummer Travis Barker, who escaped a fiery plane crash with DJ AM last year, tweeted earlier in the day, "Don't know how i am gonna play 2night but i am for AM."

Goldstein passed away on Friday from an apparent drug overdose. An autopsy performed yesterday proved inconclusive. The toxicology results which could take week – however, a crack pipe was found near his body as well as prescription pill bottles.
