One of the many lawsuits leveled against Borat star, Sacha Baron Cohen, has been dismissed.

A judge found that the Plaintiff, Jeffrey Lemerong, couldn’t justify his charge of defamation over his appearance in the film Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan. The point of contention was over a scene in which Cohen chases Lermeong down 5th Avenue in Manhattan while begging him for a hug.

Lemerond, who works as a financial analyst, sought an unspecified amount as compensation for being made to look like a huge jackass.

Bodog has plenty of great film and celebrity bets. Unfortunately there are no odds currently available on whether or not Jeffrey Lemerong will sue Bodog Beat for this post. Too bad because we're pretty sure that would be a lock.
