The crazy train is pulling into Costa Rica. Britney Spears and Mel Gibson are reportedly headed to Costa Rica for a vacation together, reports People magazine. In tow will also be Spears' dad and Gibson's wife. Sounds awesome.

"They're just going away for a few days to relax," a source tells the magazine. "Mel and his wife Robin clearly saw a woman in crisis and wanted to extend themselves in any way possible."

Gibson and Spears were apparently first spotted together dining at Romanov, a Russian restaurant in Studio City back in March.

"There are no expectations, there is no agenda," adds the source. "It's simply an act of human kindness - one neighbor reaching out to the other."

The crazies will reportedly be staying at Gibson's Costa Rica home and will be back next week.
