Britney Spears and Osama Sam Lufti are Over

The tormented relationship between Britney Spears and her one-time friend Osama Sam Lufti has finally ended, reports multiple news sources. People magazine reports that while her restraining order against Lufti ended, the pop singer and mother of two will not be seeking to extend that restraining order and instead has decided to cut all ties from Lufti.
"Britney has made clear to everyone that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama 'Sam' Lufti, now or at anytime in the future," Spears' court-appointed attorney Samuel D. Ingram told the Associated Press.
According to People, Lufti had been out of Spears' life since February, when her father, Jamie Spears, was granted legal control of Spears' affairs and placed a restraining order on Lufti. Spears' mother, Lynn Spears, accused Lufti of drugging the "Gimme More" singer.
Lufti has reportedly accepted the Spears family's wishes and made a statement of his own to AP: "Mr. Lufti and Mr. Spears have mutually agreed in private that no hearing or order is necessary at this time."
According to Ingham, "If Mr. Lufti makes any future attempt to contact Britney after the temporary conservatorship has concluded, Britney has made clear she will take all appropriate legal action."
