It seems that Britney Spears might be on the slow road to recovery. The singer, who taught a dance class to children on Monday, was spotted indulging in a little retail therapy with her mother, Lynne Spears on Tuesday.

Dressed in white T-shirts and jeans, mother and daughter shopped at a Miss Sixty shop in Los Angeles. "Britney was in a great mood, trying things on her mom picked out," a witness told US magazine. "At one point, Britney peered out of her dressing room and asked, 'Where's my mom?.. Lynne then came over and looked at what Britney had tried on."

According to US, Britney ended up buying a few tops and a pair of jeans (no fishnet stockings, booty shorts or wigs!)
