Britney Spears on Good Morning America

Britney Spears appeared on the ABC morning show Good Morning America today to perform and lip synch a song off of her new album, Circus and to celebrate her 27th birthday. If you missed it, you can check out the YouTube clip. Aside from squealing fans, Britney's sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, and her mom, Lynne were also in attendance.

During her performance, Britney wore a midriff-baring top, a circus ringmaster jacket and top hat.

Britney admitted she couldn't hear over fans' cheers. "That's so sweet," she said, "Thank you!"

She was also surprised with a giant Circus birthday cake.

    she is my romodel and the way she got through that drug adiction i really new she could do it i never doubted her for a second. <3
