Chris Brown to Plead Not Guilty

Radaronline is reporting that Chris Brown will appear in court today and is expected to enter a not guilty plea on charges that he severely assaulted then-girlfriend Rihanna. Brown has been charged with two felonies: felony assault and making criminal threats. For his crime, Brown faces up to four years and eight months in prison.

The couple reunited in February, even sparking rumors of pregnancy and marriage. However, it seems the two have recently parted ways, with Brown hiding out in his home state of Virginia and Rihanna partying at clubs in Barbados.

So far there is no word on whether Rihanna will testify against Brown.
