Comedian Chris Kattan and his wife, model Sunshine Tutt, have split after eight weeks of marriage. Yes, eight whole weeks.

"Separated for the moment. No plans for divorce at this time," Kattan's rep told US magazine.

The 37-year-old Saturday Night Live alum began dating Tutt, 31, in 2005. The couple tied the knot on June 28 in Yosemite Valley, Calif.

According to US, Kattan proposed to Tutt at her grandmother's home in Gainesville, Texas on Christmas Eve 2006.

"She is so kind, sweet and very beautiful," Kattan wrote on his website in 2005. "She's also very funny which always is a great thing. She's also very much like me.

"She makes me very happy. It feels real and honest and I have more of a continuous smile than I have ever had before."

Hmmmm…. bet you're not smiling now, Kattan.
