Rough news for Christie Brinkley's estranged husband, Peter Cook. Apparently (according to a court-appointed shrink), he's a narcissist.
Dr. Stephen Hermen interviewed the entire family and came to the conclusion that Cook showed the signs of a classic narcissist, needing "constant reassurance that he is a terrific guy, handsome, accomplished."
Hermen recommended that Brinkley be awarded sole custody of the children.
"While most people need some 'feeding' of their egos, Mr. Cook has an insatiable appetite," he said in his report, which was read aloud to the court.
Hermen did note, however that Cook was a good parent to the couple's two children, writing in his report, "despite what happened, the children love their father and have a close bond with him."
The report also included the fact that Cook spent $3,000 monthly on Internet porn and would pleasure himself over web cam, which is like a slow month for us Bodog Beat staffers.
Also, we noticed that you fools are Googling the word "narcissist." For those of you simple-minded folk who don't know what it means, we did all the leg-work and included the dictionary.com definition.
Narcissism: "Inordinate fascination with oneself; excessive self-love; vanity."
If you're still stuck, here's a visual aid.
