TMZ is reporting that Cindy Crawford's business mogul husband Rande Gerber is being sued. Two women have come forward claiming that Gerber sexually harassed them while they used to work for him. According to TMZ, two waitresses claim they were fired from the Moonstone Lounge in San Diego, which is owned by Gerber's company, for refusing to allow Gerber and other management to fondle them.

One waitress cites a specific incident where she claims Gerber attempted to kiss her three times during the night, then "put his hand up [her] dress in between her legs in an attempt to fondle her crotch," TMZ reports.

Gerber's reps tell TMZ, "These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless," adding, "This lawsuit has no merit."
