Coachella Line-Up Announced

The Coachella Music Festival, the three-day annual music and arts festival, which is held at the Empire Polo Fields in the sweltering heat of Indio, Calif., will go down April 17-19. The stage has been set, and the line-up has been announced, which includes the former Beatle, Paul McCartney.
McCartney was recently added to the 120 acts at the festival among other big names who include, the Killers, Franz Ferdinand, My Bloody Valentine, Amy Winehouse, the Cure and Morrissey. Willie Nelson, Roger Waters and Prince, and this year has Canadian songwriter Leonard Cohen, who has not performed in the U.S. since 1993, will also take the stage.
From Paris, McCartney said, "I have heard that Coachella is one of the greatest festivals in the world. I'm really excited to get out there and rock!"
