Yes people, Chuck "The Ice Man" Liddell will be going from the UFC ring to the dance floor as season 9 of Dancing with the Stars kicks off. Yes, the show that sends quasi celebrities (see: Shannen Doherty's ex-husband) who need to earn a buck or get some face time is back. Are we happy about it? Nope. Is there anything we can do to stop it? Uhh, nope.

Host Tom Bergeron appeared on Good Morning America to reveal the 16 stars. To make things more interesting, this season, there would be a twist: In the middle of the season, there will be three double eliminations back to back and four new dances the Bolero, the Charleston, the Two Step and the Lambada, will be introduced. Jazz hands!

The celebs taking part in season 9 are: Kathy Ireland (model), Melissa Joan Hart (actress who hasn't acted much lately), Macy Gray (singer), Donny Osmond (from the Osmond clan), Michael Irvin (ex NFL player), Mya (R&B singer), Debi Mazar (Vincent Chase's publicist on Entourage), Mark Dacascos (chairman on Iron Chef America), Ashley Hamilton (Shannen Doherty's ex) Kelly Osbourne (Ozzy's daughter), Chuck Liddell (light heavyweight champion) Natalie Coughlin (11-time Olympic medalist in swimming), Aaron Carter (singer), Tom DeLay (former House majority leader), Louie Vito (snowboarder) and Joanna Krupa (model). Wow – there are some serious D-listers in that group.
