CSI: Miami's David Caruso, the ginger who has mastered the art of putting on sunglasses while delivering his lines, is allegedly an angry ginger who puts on sunglasses while delivering his lines. A new lawsuit has emerged which claims the TV detective is kind of a crappy partner when it comes to relationships.

Liza Marquez, the ex girlfriend he dumped while she was pregnant, is suing Caruso on multiple counts including breach of contract, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Radaronline has listed the specifics of the lawsuit, which includes Caruso asking her to terminate her first pregnancy and then telling her “I guess for now you’ll just be a birthing cow.”

In the lawsuit, Marquez gives examples of mental and emotional abusive incidents inflicted upon her by Caruso. One incident specifically notes a 2004 trip to Europe when Caruso berated her for four hours, falsely accusing her of cheating.
