David Letterman Marries Regina Lasko

Late Show host David Letterman finally made an honest woman of Regina Lasko, who he has dated since 1986 when she worked with him on his show.

The couple, who were married on Thursday at the Teton County Courthouse in Choteau, Montana, had a son together in 2003.

"I had avoided getting married pretty good for, like, 23 years, and I — honestly, whether this happened or not — I secretly felt that men who were married admired me, like I was the last of the real gunslingers, you know what I'm saying?" Letterman joked.

US magazine reports that Lettman's truck got stuck in the mud on the way to the courthouse.

Letterman "walked two miles back to the house in 50 mph wind," he said. "It's not Beverly Hills — it's Montana."
