After Katherine Heigl declined her inclusion in the Emmy race, blasting Grey's Anatomy writers for not providing her with workable material, the rumor-mill is speculating her character on the show will be killed off. Creator Shonda Rhimes is reportedly entertaining the idea of killing off Dr. Isobel Stevens.

'It's not good there,' a source tells me of the Grey's Anatomy set. Shonda is pissed. They're thinking of killing her off. They want Izzie dead.'"

A Grey's insider told EW.com, "The show bent over backwards to accommodate her film schedule, and then she criticizes the show for lack of material? It's an ungrateful slap in the face to the very writers responsible for her Emmy win in the first place."

Bodog Beat's editors have a few suggestions of how Grey's writers should handle Izzie's death. Do it in a very cool way — like, Izzie dies of explosive diarrhea. After she dies, the rest of the episode is dedicated to McDreamy and McCreamy talking about how smelly she was.
