Spoofing movies that aren't even in the "disaster" genre including, Enchanted, Juno, Sex and the City, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Kung Fu Panda, Hancock and Wanted, Disaster Movie will not be screened for critics, a tell-tale sign it's probably pretty stinky.

Why does it matter whether pretentious film critics, who aren't low-brow enough to "get" the hilarity of a stoner movie anyway, review it first? Because when a studio says what Lionsgate just said about Diaster Movie, "at this time there are no plans for press screening," what they really mean is that it's so bad, their only chance to make some fast cash is to hope a few morons buy tickets before word gets out about how intensely sucky it actually is.

A viewer posted a review on the film's IMDB page and gave the flick one star out of a possible ten with the comment, "Please watch this movie if you are considering a lobotomy, it's cheaper and gets the job done faster."
