Erin Andrews has been on the sidelines for ESPN since 2004 and basically drives all the sports fans crazy with her hotness. However, one fan may have gone a little too far and filmed her via a peep hole they drilled into her hotel room. How Norman Bates is that?

Andrews was taped walking around her hotel room naked without her knowledge and apparently, the tape is being shopped around to some skeevy media outlets. TMZ claims they turned down the offer. Andrew has hired attorney Marshall B. Grossman, who is working to find out who shot the footage so they can bring the pervy perp to justice.

Grossman says, "While alone in the privacy of her hotel room, Erin Andrews was surreptitiously videotaped without her knowledge or consent.

She was the victim of a crime and is taking action to protect herself and help ensure that others are not similarly violated in the future. Although the perpetrator or perpetrators of this criminal act have not yet been identified, when they are identified she intends to bring both civil and criminal charges against them and against anyone who has published the material.

We request respect of Erin's privacy at this time, while she and her representatives are working with the authorities."
