Eva Longoria sparked pregnancy rumors about a week ago when the petite actress debuted a more frumpier look, but the actress reassures that her curvier bits are all simply for her role as Gabrielle on Desperate Housewives.

"Butt pads, stomach pads, boob pads? I love it," Longoria told OK! magazine. "I come into hair and makeup now and it's 10 minutes instead of two hours."

In the show's fifth season, the plot flashes forward five years, finding all of the women in different places in their lives. Once a glamazon, Longoria's character now finds herself a frumpy mother.

"It's way more fun to play frumpy," Longoria said. "Then you can focus on story and character as opposed to having to always look great. I feel like she's dealing with a lot of real issues."

Uh, "real issues" like being a fat ass?

Longoria further "got into character" by chopping off her lushes brunette locks for a more "mother appropriate" blunt bob. "[Husband] Tony [Parker] cut my hair," Longoria reveals. "Well, Ken Paves fixed it. Tony's been wanting me to cut my hair. Ken Paves, he came over and set it up for Tony and said, 'You do the first cut. I don't want her to be mad if she hates it,' So Tony cut like half of it and Kenny fixed it."
