Jon Dalton (aka Jonny Fairplay) had the strangest strategy in Survivor history — whether it was an attempt at reverse psychology we will never know — but Fairplay, who was not on the chopping block, practically begged his tribe to send him home. And they did. Shockingly, we said goodbye to the self-proclaimed "greatest player in the history of the game."

In a relatively un-hyped season of Survivor, this time around the show is pitting a tribe of 10 Survivor superfans against past "favorite" Survivor contestants. Yau Man is back, people! So Survivor: Micronesia — Fans vs. Favorites is looking to be pretty entertaining – with the notoriously… let's call her "flirty" Parvati immediately sinking her teeth into America's favorite Gravedigger, James as well as a brewing hookup between Ozzy and Amanda, it just might just be the new Temptation Island. Memba that show?

Once on at their respective camps the Fans were somewhat clueless, while the Favorites were chopping wood, building a shelter, forming alliances, killing crabs and well… making out.

Before the challenge, Eliza, in her best marketing speak, bragged to Jeff Probst about how much of an edge the Favorites had on the floundering Fans. BUT… delicious irony reared its sadistic head as Eliza was immediately thrown face-first into a tree as soon as the challenge began — and the Fans obliterated the Favorites sending them to tribal council. Oh yeah, this season is gonna be good. Bet on reality TV in the Bodog Sportsbook today.
