Critical evidence in the indictment of Raffaello Follieri are nude pictures of his former girlfriend, Anne Hathaway. Or, at least that's what the Feds are telling themselves anyway.

Luckily for us, The National Enquirer is on the case. "In additional to the naked photos he took of Anne, 25, he also prized a sizzling photo of her in black fishnet stockings, a garter belt and bustier that totally exposed her top. Follieri, 30, supposedly paid a very famous photographer to take that steamy shot.
The Enquirer learned that just recently, Anne’s brother Michael tried to gain access to a hidden storage room in the Bronx where Follieri had storied some of his and Anne’s belongings after he moved out of his apartment."

Follieri was arrested for swindling a bunch of money from investors. The feds also confiscated Hathaway's diaries, which The Superficial.com hilariously translated here.

Reportedly, Follieri has not taken to prison life well and has suffered an anxiety attack. He also has tried to reach Hathaway, who apparently is not taking his calls.
