Raving madman and part-time actor Gary Busey was recently evicted from his home in Malibu, CA for not making rent. According to his landlady (who by virtue of being able to speak coherently is already ahead of Busey in reliability) Busey owes $50,000 in back rent.

Busey apparently has no intention of paying what he owes citing unclean air conditioning vents as a health risk. Apparrently he doesn't consider it a health risk worth moving for, just a health risk not worth paying for. It's a fine a line people!

Busey is reportedly going to argue his case on Access Hollywood tonight, which will probably look something like this.
