Life is not all T & A for Girls Gone Wild founder, Joe Francis. Who would have thought that taking videos of drunken young girls would get messy?

Yesterday, Francis, who claimed to have the flu, showed up five hours late to a preliminary court hearing for charges stemming from his failure to pay taxes on more than $20 million in business expenses. The tax trial is due to begin in March and Francis faces 10 years in prison if convicted.

Because of his tardiness to court, U.S. District Judge S. James Otero issued a warrent for his immediate arrest and had him sent to the slammer.

Francis made millions filming drunk chicks on Spring Break and spent a year in jail after underage girls came forward claiming Francis and his production company unlawfully filmed them in sexual situations. He pleaded no contest to these charges and spent a year in jail. Now, to add to his legal woes, according to the IRS, Francis deducted more than $20 million in false business expenses and stashed more than $15 million in offshore accounts in 2002, 2003.
