Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Governor of California, owes the State of California back taxes. TMZ reports that according to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Arnold Schwarzenegger owes the IRS $39,047 from 2004 and $40,016 from 2005. The IRS filed a lien against the Governor in May and is still active, the Los Angeles County recorder's office stated.

TMZ has been all over Schwarzenegger, catching both Arnold and his wife, Maria Shriver, engaging in multiple traffic violations. TMZ's cameras caught Shriver illegally talking on her cell while driving three times. When she saw the cameraman filming her, she dropped the phone. The Governator was also caught parking his Porsche in a red zone.
