Those Pratts. You've got to give it to them. Their grotesque display of self-satisfaction and general doucheyness is a real marketing machine. Fueling their fame by being bad, they were pretty awesome on I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here and were, like it or not, the most popular pair on the show.

Heidi Pratt showed off her upcoming September Playboy cover at the Los Angeles premiere of G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. On the cover, Heidi wears a white bikini while covered in mud. A Playboy bunny is etched into the mud on her flat stomach.

“I worked out very hard for this,” Heidi told Access Hollywood. "I worked by butt off. So if you want to see how I got my Playboy body, you can go to [my Web site].”

Of course, Heidi's husband Spencer was on-hand to revel in her glory. “It’s an honor,” he said. “I feel like I did something great, like I should get a trophy!”
