Jack Black, Kung Fu Panda Gross Lots Of Money

The results are in for the top grossing movies of the weekend and, in its debut weekend, Jack Black's Kung Fu Panda ninja kicked its way to the top.

Hauling in an impressive $60M, the star-studded cast which includes everyone from Angelina Jolie to Seth Rogen to Dustin Hoffman, came away with a convincing victory over second-place You Don't Mess With The Zohan ($40M).

Adam Sandler, in his latest attempt at reviving his glorious career of yesteryear, plays the role of an ex-Mossad agent trying his luck at hair dressing in New York City.

Rounding out the top three was Harrison Ford and Shia LaBeouf in the latest edition of the Indiana Jones series which tallied $22.8M. The latest Jones flick has already pocketed over $250M since its release on May 22.

After an impressive debut weekend, Sex and the City dropped to $21.3M, while Liv Tyler's horror flick, The Strangers, ended up in fifth at $9.3M.
