A Georgia Man hit the $12.3 Million dollar jackpot playing the Wheel of Fortune progressive dollar slot machine at the Isle of Capri in Biloxi, Mississippi. The newly crowned millionaire declined interviews, but casino officials stated that he had spent about 40-dollars at the slot machine.
