The cast of Laguna Beach and/or The Hills aren't known for their brains. Thus, Laguna Beach alum Jason Wahler is borderline retarded. With only 11 days left on his probation from an arrest back in 2007 on charges of assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking, Wahler got drunk in Laguna Beach last night and began throwing his shoes after being ejected from a bar. He was promptly booked on battery and public intoxication charges. That's gonna hurt in the morning!

Here's the skinny: Wahler was apparently booted from the Ocean Avenue Brewery and somehow snuck back inside. When the bouncer tossed him out again, Wahler began throwing his shoes inside the bar. When the security team came out to deal with him, Jason alledgedly threw a punch.

Wahler's 2007 arrest racist included a homophobic rant. Violent anger and homophobia? Wahler sounds like a cool dude.
