Jeff Reed Arrested

Some NFL drama went down last night when cops saw a man pissing in a parking lot next to a white SUV. Lo-and-behold it was Matt Spaeth, back up tight end for the Pittsburgh Steelers. When cops began to approach Spaeth, kicker Jeff Reed jumped out of the SUV to defend him. Cops say Reed "curled his fists" at them.

Spaeth was cited for the classy charge of urinating in public and released.

Unfortunately for Reed, defending his teammate came with a price. He was promptly arrested and charged with assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
