On Wednesday, Nov. 7, singer, actress, fashion designer and all-around diva Jennifer Lopez confirmed rumors of her pregnancy during the last stop on her U.S. "El Cantante" tour in Miami, Fla.

Lopez, 38, announced to the crowd at the American Airlines Arena, "Marc and I are expecting." Then, her husband and touring partner Marc Anthony bent over and started kissing Lopez's belly.

"I didn't know she was going to talk," Anthony told the crowd.

The crowd reportedly erupted in screams and applause. "This is a special time in our lives," Lopez said, "and we waited until the last show to tell you."

The tour was scheduled to play an additional show in San Diego, Calif. prior to the Miami concert. However, the show was postponed and then cancelled due to "unspecified scheduling conflicts."

Now that the couple are done touring, they can concentrate on the pregnancy. "Now, we will go away for a while," Lopez said.

There is no confirmation yet as to whether Lopez is expecting a boy or a girl, or if she is having twins.
