The rough times for Jessica Simpson continue to rain down on her steadily. This morning, Simpson stopped singing after the first verse of her song "With You" on Good Morning America because she claimed she couldn't hear anything. To her credit, she just picked up and continued going, but man – her career has been on the fast track to nowheresville lately. Check out the horror show.
With her pop career not going well, a failed fashion line, a straight-to-DVD movie career and a marriage down the tubes, the girl just can't seem to catch a break. We at Bodog Beat are rooting for her. There's only so much crap one can take before breaking, right?

Horror show? A bit of exaggeration don't you think? She had just started the song and her ear monitors were dead. Ever tried singing or playing on a stage to thousands of people when you can't here the mix? You're behind the speakers. Without a monitor, all you hear is mud.
She handled it as well as you can, the sound man turned her monitor on, and she went on to nail the song. It's not like the whole thing fell apart.
It's also a very catchy song. I don't think I'd call it country. Aside from singing in a southern accent, it was a pop tune.
