"Actress" Jessica Simpson's new movie "Blonde Ambition" is opening straight to DVD. However, someone thought it would be a great idea to test out the stinker in a "vanity run" in eight movie theatres in Texas. Yee-haw!

The movie reportedly averaged only $48 per screen last Friday for a total box office of $384. Based on an average movie ticket price of $8, only six people went to see the movie in each theatre! Wow, that might be a record low!

Rumor has it that Simpson's next masterpiece, "Major Movie Star," is also scheduled to go straight to DVD.
