Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo's unlucky girlfriend, Jessica Simpson, is leaving the country! The pop singer is reportedly heading to Kuwait to entertain the troops, reports People magazine.

"I am heading to Kuwait to do a show for the troops," Simpson writes on her site Sweetkisses.net. "Then back in the studio."

The singer is currently recording a country album in Nashville, Tenn. "I just wanted to let you know that I am hard at work on my country record," the Dukes of Hazzard star writes. "And I can't wait to share it with all of you."

Simpson's trip is reportedly sponsored by Operation MySpace.
