With her pop turned country career not going well, a failed fashion line, a straight-to-DVD movie career and a marriage down the tubes, Jessica Simpson just can't seem to catch a break. And just this week, after pictures surfaced of a slightly curvier Jessica Simpson performing at a Florida chili cook-off yesterday as well as recent rumors that Tony Romo cheated on her in her own bed, poor Simpson has now been slapped with a $10 million lawsuit.

In 2005, Simpson shot an exercise video for the "Speedfit System." However, the producers claimed she was "a mess during the shoot," and showed up "tipsy." Because of her weak performance, her father and manager, the infamous Joe Simpson, blocked the retailing of the video.

They asked Jessica to come back and re-shoot, but she refused, which is now the reason for the lawsuit. Check out a clip of the video here!
