Emily Leatherman, (could her name be anymore stalkery?) 33, was booked on suspicion of felony stalking, violating a restraining order and petty theft on Sunday.

"She was arrested and had violated a previous restraining order taken out against her by Mr. Cusack," sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said.

The police were called when Leatherman refused to pay for her cab that had pulled up outside John Cusack's house. Cusack then went and informed the police that Leatherman had been stalking him and that he had a restraining order on her.
