The drama continues for Jon and Kate Gosselin, who are both reportedly involved in affairs. Jon is apparently spending time with a 23-year-old teacher named Deanna Hummel, while Kate is supposedly having sexy time with her bodyguard, Steve Neild.

Now, Kate's brother Kevin Krieder and his wife, Jodi, have come forward claiming that the Gosselin's marriage is essentially a sham and is held together by a secret contract. They claim that the marriage between the parents of eight ended six months ago and they have a contract in place that requires them to stay married for the sake of the show but also allows the couple to have an open marriage provided extreme discretion is used. Well, Jon didn't really use extreme discretion at the bars and Kate didn't use it when she was seen openly holding hands with her bodyguard at the Marriot Hotel.

Kevin and Jodi say that Kate is exploiting her children and are concerned about all the publicity, telling Us magazine, "The show is not reality, and has not been for a long time. This is a train wreck."
