Jon Gosselin recently went on Larry King Live to talk about how the Gosselin family only made a million bucks from Jon and Kate Plus Eight, while TLC sat pretty with about a $186 million pull. He also claimed that he wanted the kids off the show, before the show "swallowed" his family. Bit late, Jon. On the same day as Jon's Larry King appearance, Jon emptied out the bank account he shared with Kate of over $200K leaving her with $1,000 – chump change when you've got eight mouths to feed.

Kate has since lawyered up with the ruthless Marty Singer to go after Jon for the cash. Marty promptly fired off this bitch slap of a letter to Jon and his legal team, which states that the withdrawal violates the Arbitration Award in the divorce which requires both parties to give consent before any money is taken from their bank account.

The situation has gone from Jon and Kate slinging mud at each other, to their respective lawyers taking shots at each other. Well at this point it's just Kate's lawyer calling out Jon's lawyer. But we're hoping for some return fire.

Kate's lawyer has cited a New York supreme Court decision which stated that Jon's Lawyer told one of his clients in the middle of a divorce, to empty their bank account in order to pay for his services. On top of that, Kate's lawyer also takes Jon's to task on the fact that in the past he has admitted to being guilty of, "professional misconduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation."

When the courts open tomorrow, Kate and her legal representation will be there seeking the return of the money John took from their account while asking for a citation of contempt.
