Nobody screws with Sean Connery. Not neighbors, judges… or women (he'll schlap 'em good). Connery has been engaged in an all-out war with his neighbor and the pair have sued each other ten times. Sick of all the drama, the judge handed down a "schlapdown" ruling, awarding nothing and telling the dueling twosome to grow up and to stop their "blunderbuss" antics. The judge also ruled that neither party can sue the other again without her permission.

Connery's eye doctor neighbor, Burton Sultan, claims Connery's renovations subjected him to leaks, noise and rats, while Connery claims Sultan's complaints have delayed needed repairs to the roof — putting them in danger and raising costs.

Sultan has called Connery a "rude, foul-mouthed, fat old man" who plays "loud music all the time while stomping about" the apartment.
