As someone who has worked in multiple restaurants, it is safe to say that sexual harassment in the restaurant industry, as well as alcoholism and theft are pretty common. So the fact that a sexual harassment has hit Justin Timberlake's restaurant, Southern Hospitality, is just an inevitable part of the biz. This will be the second lawsuit in six months the barbecue eatery has been sued. In November, a busboy filed a suit claiming that employees weren't getting their tips and overtime distributed fairly.

The New York Daily News is reporting that twenty-nine-year-old restaurant manager and aspiring actress Alison McDaniel is claiming Timberlake's business partners Eytan Sugarman and Ronnie Kaplan engaged in "vile and discriminatory conduct" when they locked her in a room with them and forced her to watch porn. She claimed that Sugarman and Kaplan laughed at her when she began crying.

She claims that she was fired after she complained about the incident. McDaniel had been working at the eatery for a year. Timberlake is also being sued. Reps for the restaurant have yet to issue a statement.
