Kanye West threw a tantrum while waiting for an elevator in a crowded hallway after the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. After losing all five categories for which he was nominated, including Male Artist of the Year, West went off to reporters who caught him as he was waiting for the elevator.

"That's two years in a row, man… give a black man a chance," West told reporters. "I'm trying hard man, I have the… No. 1 record, man."

Reportedly, Kanye vowed to never return to MTV again.

This is West's second public outburst, as last year he crashed the stage at the MTV Europe Awards after not winning for Best Video. West's latest album, Graduation, is due out Tuesday. Will he beat 50 Cent in album sales? Only Bodog Sportsbook has your odds.
